Nuhash Palli

Everyone knows Humayun Ahmed, he has built 'Nuhash Palli' with 40 bighas of land on his initiative. Nuhash Palli is a garden house located in Gazipur, Nuhash movie shooting spot, and family entertainment center. On the north side of the old litchi garden is the jam garden and on the south is the mango garden. Humayun Ahmed has fallen asleep in the shade of that litchi garden.


The whole area of ​​Nuhash Palli is covered with greenery. There are identification boards set on the trees. There is also a swimming pool and a small pond. Idrakpur fort

 During the Mughal period, different parts of Bengal was ruled by the famous Barobhuiyans. Chand Roy and Kedar Roy of Bikrampur were among the Bara Bhuiyans. The Mughal faujdar built a fort at Idrakpur in Munshiganj to subdue the Chand Roy-Kedar Roy.


Chand Roy at the confluence of Dhaleshwari and Ichhamati in 1811 AD. Dakchera and Jatrapur forts were lost and defeated. So Bikrampur came under the Mughals. To keep the Mughals in the hands of Vishal Bikrampur and to protect Dhaka, the capital of Sub-Bangla from the hands of foreign troops, the Mughal subedar Mir Zulma in 160 AD at a place called Idrakpur in Munshiganj. He built a fort or fort. This is now known as the Idrakapur fort.

Araihazar Meghna char

The most convenient way to reach Mainot Ghat from Dhaka is to board the Jamuna Paribahan, which leaves directly in front of Golap Shah Mazar in Gulistan for Mainot Ghat. You can reach Mainot Ghat for 90 taka rent and one and a half to two and a half hours. When you return, you will return to Dhaka by the same bus. The last bus from Mainot to Dhaka left at 6 pm. Jol O Jongoler Kabbo

Extraordinarily beautiful place, Kavya of Water Jungle is the name of a natural resort. The resort was built by a former pilot in Pubail. However, there is nothing modern in the resort. The pilot gentleman did not want to change the village too much. The resort has been built with a huge space without changing nature too much. There is a huge bill, pond, and forest here. Anyone can spend a day here and come back. This resort is made in a very different environment. The cost is a little high. But the food will be within that cost. 1500 tk per person for the whole day (cheap breakfast, lunch, and snacks in the afternoon). 3000 tk per person for one day and one night. 600 per person for children, workers, and drivers.


Chitai pitha, molasses, luchi, meat, bhaji, murdi, and tea for breakfast. 10/12 kinds of desi items for lunch. Thick rice, polao, chicken broth, small fish and pickled kachumukhi broth, desi rui fish, pulses, vegetables, and a few kinds of delicious mash.

How to go

Get off at Pubail College Gate on a bus from Narsingdi, Bhairab, or Kaliganj. On the left is a battery-powered rickshaw about three miles from the pilot house or the water jungle poem.

Belai Bil

 Belai bil in Gazipur is a beautiful place. Belai bil with Chelai river. Both engines have driven and dinghy boats are available here. You can rent it for the whole day and if you take an engine-driven boat, you can go around by yourself.  In the afternoon a wonderful view is created around this bill, with a scattering of shatheshaplar. After going to Gazipur Sadar, get down there and go to Kanhaiya Bazaar in Tempo. The rent will be 10 takas. You can also go by rickshaw. King Harishchandra's mound

The site is located at Majidpur (east of Savar Bazar bus stand) in Savar municipality under Savar Upazila, 24 km from Gulistan Zero Point in the capital Dhaka. Excavations at King Harishchandra's mound in 1990-1991 uncovered a medium-sized Nibedan Stupa and the dilapidated infrastructure of a Buddhist monastery to the south.


It is believed that there was a center of Buddhist civilization here in the 7th century AD. Uncovered in the excavations of Harishchandra Raja's palace-mound, the monastery has multiple reconstructions and multiple floor markings.

How to reach

You have to go to Savar along Gabtali Road in Dhaka. From there you have to go to Majidpur.

Zinda Park

This Zinda Park has been developed on 150 acres of land in Daudpur Union of Narayanganj district. There are more than ten thousand trees, 5 water bodies, and innumerable birds. There is also a canteen, library, zoo and 6 well-equipped fleets. Entry time: 9 am. Entrance fee: 100 tk for adults, 50 tk for children. Parking charge: 50 taka.

The distance from Dhaka to Zinda Park is 36 kilometers. By bus from Dhaka to Kanchpur Bridge, Bhulta Gauchia, Bypass, Kanchan Bridge, and Zinda Park. You can walk 5 minutes from Kanchan Bridge. Besides, from Dhaka to Tongi. Zinda Park can be reached by bypass road through Mirer bazar. The distance from Tongi to Zinda Park is 26 kilometers. It will be easier to go through the Purbachal Highway of Kuril Biswaroad. It will take 30 taka to go to Zinda Park from Kuril Biswaroad in Leguna. Narsingdi zamindar's house

This zamindar house of Lakshan Saha is inlaid with aesthetic beauty and craftsmanship. When you look at the outside of the house, your eyes are covered. The craftsmanship of Lakshman Saha's house, Sudan Saha's house, and other houses in the vicinity are built in a very meticulous style. Lakshan Saha's zamindar's house is located just 10 minutes away from Danga Bazar in Palash Upazila of Narsingdi, also known as Ukil Bari. Mr. Ahmed Ali, a lawyer, owns this uniquely ordinary zamindar house with carvings built during the Mughal period.


A huge pond in front of Lakshan Saha's zamindar's house. When you enter the pond, when you look down, you can see the casting of the Kasti stone of that time. Pond ghat or monastery paved in front. There is a large carved temple in the open space in front of the house. The name is written in the pages of history. This 2 storied zamindar house with a total of 24 rooms has 2 very beautifully decorated balconies, long corridors, and paved roofs. There is a lot of taste of the attic on this roof. There is a huge tree garden at the back of the house.

Panchdona turn by bus from Narsingdi. Danga Bazar by CNG from Panchdona turn. This zamindar house is located within 1 km from Danga Bazar.

Padma Resort

The Padma resort is 40 km far from Dhaka. The resort is located on the banks of the river Padma at Louhajang in Munshiganj district. The place is very beautiful as it is located on the banks of the river Padma. You will feel better during the rainy season. If you want to eat different types of food made from fresh hilsa of Padma river, you can go to Padma resort. There are also fresh vegetables, beef, chicken, and poultry. The Dhaka-Mawa and Dhaka-Lohjong buses leave from the east side of Gulistan Sundarbans Square Market and the east-south side of Jatrabari Roundabout. The road fare from Dhaka to this district is 60 taka. The resort has its speedboat to get to the resort from Mawa Ferry Terminal.

Mayadwip

Mayadwip in Bardi Union of Narayanganj district can be a great place to spend an afternoon. Mayadwip is the name of a beautiful char floating on the banks of the river Meghna. People struggle to survive on this isolated island a few kilometers away from the mainland. Nunertek is a village in the historic Bardi Union of Sonargaon, separated from the mainland by the Meghna River.


The distance from Sonargaon by the river is about four to five kilometers. About a hundred years ago today, the locals named Nunertek after the Meghna. In the lap of that Nunertek is a green desert, a village called Mayadwip. An afternoon can be spent effortlessly sitting on the island watching the cold winds and waves of the Meghna.
