The seasonal restaurant which is located in The Westin Dhaka situated in Gulshan is one of them. Seasonal Restaurant offers an extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a la carte service all day. The buffet of the restaurant features multiple live cooking stations. They have live stations from where people can witness the expert chefs making crunchy tempura on the only Molteni station in the country. Also, kebabs, pasta, shwarma, noodles, sushi, and many other dishes are prepared live in front of the customers. They offer many variants of healthy salads and fruits.

Desserts are also served in their buffet. From flavored Biriyanis to delicious sweets, all their dishes are changed every day keeping in mind the taste of local as well as foreign guests. The atmosphere of the restaurant is soothing. It's a very neat and clean restaurant. This restaurant is thoroughly sanitized every day to keep it hygienic. Seasonal tastes have been announced as "Travelers choice Winner" by a travel website called TripAdvisor.This title is awarded for being among the top ten restaurants in the world based on guest reviews and ratings. Their buffet is available six days a week from Monday to Saturday but it is only for Dinner.
