They started their journey with 2 Canadian-built Bombardier Dash-8-Q300 aircraft with 50 passengers seating arrangements in single class layout. Regent airways is working with IATA (International Air Transport Association), in order to train their staff in regards to safety, security, and customer services.

Domestic Destination: When traveling to domestic destinations with Regent, they provide News Paper and Magazines both in English and Bangla.
International destinations: When travelling to international destinations with Regent, there have PSU system where latest movies and tv shows are downloaded. They have reading materials with articles written by both national and international writers on a variety of topics.
Food: Domestic Destinations: They provide a snack box consisting of sandwich, roasted peanuts, mango bars, and beverages.
International Destinations: They provide snacks as well as complete meals prepared by their professional chiefs. Cuisine can range from traditional local to western or Chinese.
Cabin Experience: Boeing 737-800: There are 183 seats in one class, with 8 business class seats, 15 premium economy class seats. All the seats are comfortable and spacious.
Boeing 737-700: There are 126 seats, with 12 business class seats and 112 economy class seats. All the seats are comfortable and spacious.
